THE DÜSSELDORF PROTEST ACTION PHOTOBOOK

On September 19, 1996, a manifestation of the PVC industry, together with the workers unions, was held in Düsseldorf against the lies, told about PVC. Especially after the fire in the Düsseldorf airport, where 17 were killed, PVC cable was allegated to be the cause of the rapid spread of the fire and of the deadly smoke. 6,000 workers from Germany with small delegations from Belgium, The Netherlands and individuals from many other countries, where there to protest.
The Chlorophiles were there too, with their mascotte: Greenocchio, symbol for a certain green multinational...
